Roborock Live Giveaway Official Rules

1. Agreement to Rules：

1.1 By participating in the Roborock Live Giveaway (the "Promotion") hosted on the Roborock US Official Website Livestream (the "Platform") from November 20, 2025, 7:00 PM PST to 8:00 PM PST (the "Promotion Period"), you (the "Entrant") agree to be bound by these Official Rules, Roborock’s decisions (which are final and binding in all respects), and any terms and conditions applicable to the Platform. Roborock reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at its sole discretion at any time.

1. Eligibility：

2.1 The promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Roborock and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

1. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, watch the livestream on the Roborock US Official Website. The host will ask three questions. To qualify for the lucky draw, Entrants must:

• Actively engage and answer all three questions during the livestream.
• Provide a valid email address after answering the questions to be entered into the random draw pool.

1. Prize Details：

• Grand Prize: One (1) Roborock F25 ALT, valued at $499.99.
• Secondary Prizes: Ten (10) 480ml bottles of Roborock cleaning solution, each valued at $18.99.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted except at Roborock’s sole discretion.

1. Drawing and Notification：

• Draw Time: Within three (3) days after the Promotion ends, eligible Entrants will be entered into a random draw pool, and winners will be selected randomly from the pool.
• Notification: Winners will be notified via email to the address provided during entry (sent from officialstore@roborock.com for North America) and announced publicly on the Roborock US Official Website livestream landing page within three (3) days after the draw.
• Redemption: Winners will receive a redemption code via email, valid for one (1) month from the date of email delivery. To claim the prize, winners must use the redemption code on the official Roborock website. No shipping, handling, or taxes will be charged to the winner.
• Forfeiture: If a winner fails to respond to the notification or redeem the prize within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and Roborock may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner.

1. Disqualification：

6.1 Roborock reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant whose entry is deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, copied, or in violation of these Official Rules. Roborock retains the final right of interpretation for this promotion.

7.1 Prizes obtained through this campaign are strictly prohibited from being transferred for commercial purposes. Any coupon fraud behavior may lead to the suspension of the associated account. Nor shall be Promoter be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 7.5In its sole discretion, the Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any and all Roborock Live Giveaway should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Roborock’s control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of Roborock Live Giveaway. The Roborock, in the event of any of the above issues, may determine the Winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Roborock. Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the Roborock Live Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified by the Roborock in its sole discretion. In its sole discretion, the Roborock has the right to maintain the integrity of Roborock Live Giveaway, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: Multiple entries from the same user; multiple entries from the same computer beyond the number allowed by theRoborock Live Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Attempts by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of any or all Roborock Live Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If any such attempt is made, the Roborock reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.7.6 Roborock is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any winner.7.7 Roborock reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whom the Roborock believes has tampered with the entry process.

1. Limitation of Liability:

8.1 Your entry into the Roborock’s Roborock Live Giveaway constitutes Your agreement to release and hold harmless the Roborock and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Roborock Live Giveaway and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the Promotion administration or the processing of entries.8.2 The Roborock reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Roborock determines, in their sole discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.8.3 If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Roborock’s control, the Roborock may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

If you may fail to comply with the rules, you have the option of quitting this campaign.9.2 Roborock reserves the right to adjust program rules (e.g., recruitment quantity, delivery timeline, feedback deadlines) due to force majeure events or changes in applicable laws/regulations.

1. Disputes

10.1THE Roborock’s Roborock Live Giveaway IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, USA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering Roborock’s Black Friday Online Lucky Draw Campaign. The entrants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.10.2 By participating in the Roborock’s Roborock Live Giveaway, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions.
