Roborock Extended Warranty

INTRODUCTION

This Extended Warranty Service (“Extended Warranty”) is provided by Roborock exclusively to the original purchaser of certain Roborock Products.

The Extended Warranty extends the original warranty period for Roborock Products, subject to the terms and conditions of the Roborock Limited Warranty (referenced at https://us.roborock.com/pages/service-warranty).

Unless otherwise specified herein, all capitalized terms shall be interpreted as defined in the Roborock Limited Warranty (referenced at https://us.roborock.com/pages/service-warranty).

PURCHASE OF EXTENDED WARRANTY

The Extended Warranty may be purchased via Roborock’s official store (us.roborock.com) at the time of ordering an eligible Product.

Extended Warranty may only be purchased in conjunction with the purchase of the Product and cannot be bought separately. Only one Extended Warranty may be purchased for each Product.

The Extended Warranty may be available with a choice of a 1 year, 2 years, or other term available on the pages of the eligible Products, and the selected duration cannot be changed after the purchase is completed.

Purchase of the Extended Warranty is optional. Pricing details are available on the pages of the eligible Products. Absence of Extended Warranty options for a specific product indicates its non-availability for that Product.

Roborock reserves the right to cease offering Extended Warranty for any or all Products or to change pricing at its discretion.

EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE

Upon purchase of the Extended Warranty and receipt of a confirmation email, the original warranty period for the associated Product is extended by 1 year, 2 years, or other term available on the pages of the eligible Products (“Extended Warranty Period”), as selected during purchase. The Extended Warranty Period begins immediately following the expiration of the original warranty under the Limited Warranty.

ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND GOVERNING LAW CLAUSES OF THE “ROBOROCK LIMITED WARRANTY” ARE APPLICABLE TO THE EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIOD.

The Extended Warranty is a service contract, not an insurance product, and is not underwritten by an insurance company.

REFUND POLICY FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY

You are eligible for a full refund of the original price paid for the Extended Warranty only if all of the following conditions are met: (i) the associated Product is returned within 30 days of purchase; (ii) the return complies with and is accepted under Roborock’s return policy; and (iii) you have not filed any warranty claims under either the Limited Warranty or the Extended Warranty.

Subject to applicable law, the Extended Warranty becomes non-refundable for any reason after 30 days from the date of purchase.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

Consistent with the Limited Warranty, the Extended Warranty is exclusively granted to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to any other party. Should you resell the Product covered by the Extended Warranty, this warranty will become void, and no refund will be issued.
