• Black Friday Reward Points Policy

  Promotion Period(ET):November 13 – 27, 2025: Earn 2× points November 28 – December 1, 2025: Earn 5× points

  Details:

  ⭑Eligible purchases refer to products purchased directly via the official Roborock US website.

  ⭑During the promotion period, the points you earn will be equal to 2 times or 5 times the total amount you paid for your order, depending on the applicable promotional dates.

  ⭑Points are not awarded for expenses such as taxes, shipping fees, or any other non-product charges.

  ⭑Points will be credited to your account after your product has shipped. If only part of your order ships, points for the shipped items will be credited first.

  ⭑The number of points you receive will be rounded down based on your total spending amount. Example: For an order totalling $1,399.99, you will receive 1,399 points.

  ⭑When using points to deduct from an order, the deduction amount will also be rounded down. Example: If you have 1,000 points, and 30 points = $1, you can deduct up to $33, leaving 10 points remaining in your account.

• Black Friday Cashback Promotion Terms

  1.Black Friday Cashback Promotion Overview

  To thank customers for their support, this Black Friday cashback promotion is organised and operated by Roborock (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").This promotion runs only on the following two specified dates, with each day operating as an independent event:

  • 28 November (Black Friday): 00:00:00 EST - 23:59:59 EST

  • 1 December (Cyber Monday): 00:00:00 EST - 23:59:59 EST
    Customers who place qualified orders through https://us.roborock.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "Qualified Customers") on these two specified dates will automatically participate in this promotion.

  Qualified Customers may receive cashback rewards based on the following criteria:

  • Single order actual paid settlement amount ≥ $500 (cannot be accumulated across multiple orders)
  • Ranking based on order settlement time

  Returns or other refunds may result in loss of your cashback eligibility. For details, please refer to Clause 3.2 Return and Refund Processing.Important Note: Each day (28 November and 1 December) operates as an independent promotion with separate rankings. Orders do not carry over from one day to another.Winner lists will be announced on designated pages at https://us.roborock.com/ within 3 business days after each promotion day ends. Cashback will be processed via refund to the original payment method, with all refunds completed within 7 business days after the winner list announcement. Winning customers should monitor their original payment accounts for refund activity; the Organiser will not send individual notifications.

  2.Applicable Regions, Ranking-Based Rewards & Purchase Amount Requirements

  • Promotion Period: 28 November & 1 December, 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM PST (independent each day)
  • Purchase Requirement: Single order (based on settlement time) actual paid amount ≥ $500 (cannot be accumulated across multiple orders)
  • 1st Place: USD 200 cashback
  • 2nd-10th Place: USD 100 cashback
  • 11th-40th Place: USD 50 cashback
  • 41st-100th Place: USD 30 cashback
  • Total Winners Daily: 100 customers
  • Winner Announcement: Published on US site within 3 business days after each promotion day

  3.Distribution & Redemption Rules

  Cashback Processing

  • Winner lists will be published on respective country site designated pages within 3 business days after each promotion day ends
  • Cashback rewards will be processed via refund to original payment method within 7 business days after winner list announcement. Winning customers must check their payment accounts to confirm refund receipt; Organiser will not send separate arrival notifications.

  4.Return & Refund Processing Eligibility Verification

  • Full order returns/refunds will result in loss of cashback eligibility
  • If you request return for products that previously received cashback under this promotion, the refund amount will be calculated based on the net price you actually paid after deducting the cashback refund. The amount after deducting cashback is the final refund
  • Partial returns/refunds that reduce order value below the required amount for participation will cancel cashback eligibility
  • If after partial refund, the remaining order value still meets the minimum amount requirement, your cashback eligibility remains valid
  • If partial refund causes remaining order value to fall below the minimum amount requirement, your cashback eligibility will be canceled. If cashback reward hasn't been issued, it won't be distributed; if already issued, we reserve the right to deduct the full cashback amount from your refund and return the balance

  5.Restrictive Clauses

  1. Order Validity

  • Orders must meet minimum amount requirements
  • Full returns and partial returns that no longer meet amount requirements will result in loss of reward eligibility
  • Roborock reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny claims that do not meet the terms of this policy

  6.Participation Restrictions

  • Each order can only qualify for cashback once per promotion day across all regions
  • Roborock reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny claims that do not meet the terms of this policy
  • The Roborock Black Friday Cashback Promotion is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  7.Promotion Conflicts

  • This promotion cannot be combined with other conflicting Roborock offers. In case of overlap, customers must choose to participate in one offer

  8.Improper Conduct and Remedies

  • Any attempts to abuse the promotion (such as bulk ordering solely for rewards, creating fake accounts, etc.) will result in:
  • Immediate revocation of all obtained rewards
  • If Roborock reasonably determines that a user has engaged in any improper conduct in participating in this Roborock Black Friday Cashback Promotion programme, including but not limited to: using fraudulent methods to claim the benefit (e.g., scripted purchasing, creating fake orders), providing false information, disrupting system operations, implementing cyber-attacks, or employing any other means that violate the principle of good faith, Roborock shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to decline the cashback request or revoke the approved status of any request
  • Furthermore, Roborock may require the user to return cashback amount that has already been issued as a result of such improper conduct
  • Permanent ban from future Roborock promotions
  • If the user's improper conduct causes any losses to Roborock (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational damage, and reasonable costs incurred for safeguarding rights, such as legal fees), Roborock reserves the right to claim full compensation from the user

  9.Disclaimer

  • Rankings are determined based on order settlement time recorded by the system during promotion period. Roborock ensures data accuracy but is not liable for minor, unintentional errors that don't affect overall fairness
  • Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Roborock Black Friday Cashback Promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not affect valid orders already submitted within the guarantee period. We reserve the right to interpret and adjust promotion terms. Any changes will be announced in official stores, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.

  10.Force Majeure and Programme Suspension/Termination

  • In the event of Force Majeure, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures, or any other objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scale cheating that severely compromises the fairness of the programme, Roborock reserves the right to take necessary measures. These measures may include suspending, modifying the programme rules, or terminating the Roborock Black Friday Cashback Promotion

  11.Disputes

  1. THE PROMOTER'S CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, USA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than entrants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering Promoter's Contest).
