Agreement to Rules: By entering this Roborock Your Home. Your Stadium. Lucky Draw, You (the “Entrant”) agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions (or “Rules”) and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Roborock Promoter reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Roborock Promoter’s sole discretion. By entering this Roborock Your Home. Your Stadium. 1. Roborock Your Home. Your Stadium. Lucky Draw Campaign Details
1.1 When: Effective from June 20th, 12:00 AM (PDT) to June 23rd, 11:59 PM (PDT), 2026
1.2 The lucky draw (the "Campaign")is open to individuals who:

Have a valid Roborock account, and

Are able to log in to participate in the, and

Are legal residents of [Country/Countries where the Campaign is conducted], have a valid email address, andare at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.
Only logged-in users may access and use Points to participate.
1.3 How to Participate In: Participants must attend the event in person and complete the required on-site registration or check-in process before joining the Lucky Draw campaign.

Participants must log in to their Roborock account to join the Your Home. Your Stadium game.

Each spin requires 100 Roborock Points, which will be deducted automatically with every attempt.

Each eligible participant may spin the Lucky Wheel once during the event, unless otherwise stated by the on-site event staff. Duplicate participation, fraudulent entries, or attempts to manipulate the campaign may result in disqualification.

*Roborock may deem accounts as belonging to the Duplicate accounts if any of the following identifying information is consistent, similar, or, based on Roborock's analysis, indicates a single user: phone numbers, email, payment accounts, device IDs, recipient names, or shipping addresses.
1.4 Prizes and Quantity: 👉Prizes include：
Prize types and quantities are limited and available while supplies last. The actual prize awarded will depend on the result shown on the Lucky Wheel at the event site. Roborock reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Roborock’s control. If the participant does notaccept the substitute prize,they may choose to forfeit theoriginal prize, but shall have no right to demand a cash equivalent or any alternative compensation.
1.5 Draw Results and Prize Collection

The result shown on the Lucky Wheel at the event site will determine the participant’s prize.

Prizes will be distributed on site immediately after the participant completes the spin. Participants must collect their prize in person at the event venue. Prizes will not be shipped, transferred, exchanged for cash, or replaced after they have been claimed.

If a participant leaves the event venue without collecting the prize, fails to follow the on-site redemption instructions, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited.

All on-site decisions made by Roborock or authorized event staff regarding eligibility, prize results, and prize distribution shall be final.
2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1 Prizes obtained through this campaign are for personal use only and may not be transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
2.2 Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings while attending the event.
2.3 Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Lucky Wheel activity if fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical issues, safety concerns, force majeure events, or other causes beyond Roborock’s control affect the fairness, security, or proper operation of the activity.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 By participating in the Lucky Draw campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless Roborock, its affiliates, partners, agencies, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
3.2 Roborock reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if Roborock determines, in their sole discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
3.3 Roborock reserves the right to adjust the campaign content and rules as needed. It is recommended to keepup with and abide by the latest campaign rules. If you may fail to comply with the rules, you have the option ofquitting this campaign.
4. Improper Conduct and Remedies
4.1 Any attempts to abuse the Campaign will result in: Immediate revocation of all obtained rewards.
4.2 If Roborock reasonably determines that a user has engaged in any improper conduct in participating in this.Campaign program,including but not limited to: using fraudulent methods to claim the benefit (e.g., scripted purchasing, creating fake orders), providing false information, disrupting system operations, implementing cyber-attacks, or employing any other means that violate the principle of good faith, Roborock shall have the right, atits sole discretion, to decline the request or revoke the approved status of any request.
4.3 Furthermore, Roborock may require the user to return the Prize that has already been issued as a result of such improper conduct.
4.4 Permanent ban from future Roborock Campaign.
4.5 If the user's improper conduct causes any losses to Roborock (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational damage, and reasonable costs incurred for safeguarding rights, such as legal fees), Roborock reserves the right to claim full compensation from the user.If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Roborock's control, the RoborockPromoter maysubstitute a prize of equal or greater value. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Roborock'scontrol, the Roborock may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Force Majeure and Program Suspension/Termination
In the event of Force Majeure, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government actions,epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures, or any other objective circumstances that areunforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scalecheating that severely compromises the fairness of the program, Roborock reserves the right to take necessarymeasures. These measures may include suspending, modifying the program rules, or terminating the Campaign.
6. Disputes
6.1 THE ROBOROCK’S CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, USA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering Roborock’s Campaign. The entrants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
6.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
6.3 By participating in the Roborock’s Campaign, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions.
