Registering Your Account

You can register your account at https://us.roborock.com. By doing so, you will be eligible to receive 100 points.

Purchasing & Saving

1. For purchases that meet conditions, if the amount that you paid for an entire product = the MSRP of that entire product, then the points you gain will be equal to 1.2 times that amount.

2. If the amount you paid for an entire product < the MSRP of that entire product, then the number of points awarded to you will be equal to the amount you spent.

3. For purchases of accessories, the number of points awarded to you will be equal to the amount you spent.

4. During special promotional periods, please refer to the specific event page for the applicable Reward Points terms.

5. Points are not awarded for expenses such as taxes, shipping, or anything else. Purchases that meet conditions refer to products purchased via the official Roborock US website.

Points will be deposited in your account after your product has shipped. If only some of the products in your order have shipped, then we will first deposit the points you obtained for the products that have already shipped.

The number of points you receive will be rounded down according to the amount you spent on that order. For example, for an order where you spent a total of $1399.99, you will receive a total of 1,399 points.

When redeeming points to offset the total order amount, the redemption value may not exceed 30% of the order total and will be rounded down.

For example, if you plan to purchase items worth $100 and have 1,200 points in your account, with an exchange rate of 30 points = $1, you may redeem points for up to 20% of the order value, which is $20, for this order. After redemption, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account, leaving a remaining balance of 600 points.

The final amount will depend on the actual deduction from your account.

About Points Redemption

Points can only be used on the official Roborock website to deduct from orders containing Robot Vacuums, Wet & Dry Vacuum, or Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner, or to redeem merchandise in the Points Mall. Points balances are displayed on the Points History page of your user profile. This is your available points balance on the current website.

30 points = 1 USD. The threshold for deducting points: The number of points in a user’s account must be ≥ 1. You can use points to deduct up to 20% of the whole-dollar amount of the product price (not including tax, shipping, and insurance). Points that will expire soonest will be deducted first.

Example: For a Robot Vacuum priced at $299.99, points can be used to deduct up to $59 (not including tax, shipping, and insurance). You will still need to pay $240.99.

If you use points to pay for your new order, you will not receive new points for that order.

Points cannot be combined with other discounts (e.g., member discounts, promotional discounts, etc.)

When using points for discounts, the total amount that can be offset by points in a single order must not exceed 20% of the total payable amount for items eligible for point redemption. The amount eligible for point redemption may be adjusted as needed. Please refer to the actual page for specific details.

Orders with the 2B discount are excluded from the points program (points cannot be earned or redeemed).

Engagement Scores Policy

[Effective date: These provisions shall become effective on 06/30/2026. Upon the effective date, the system will automatically calculate the points in user accounts and assign them to corresponding Engagement Score tiers.]

Engagement Scores are a dedicated metric for membership tier qualification. They are derived exclusively from valid, unfrozen Roborock Points generated from users' completed orders and serve as the sole basis for membership tier upgrades, retention, downgrades, and benefits allocation.

1. Engagement Score Accumulation Rules

Following the successful fulfillment of an order, and after the associated Roborock Points are unfrozen upon expiration of the point-freeze period published by Roborock, the system will automatically convert eligible, unfrozen Roborock Points into Engagement Scores at a ratio of 1 : 1.

Only Roborock Points that have been fully activated, unfrozen, and are available for standard redemption are eligible for inclusion in Engagement Score calculations. Points in pending, frozen, subject to abnormal control, or otherwise controlled states will be excluded.

*Abnormal control applies only to the following situations: (a) freezing actions mandated by competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws; (b) reasonable suspicion by Roborock of exploiting system loopholes, fraud, misconduct, fake transactions, or other dishonest activities; (c) security protection mechanisms triggered due to improper user account operations.

Engagement Scores are not generated at the time of payment. Instead, they will be calculated and credited in batch processing after the associated points are unfrozen.

2. Refund Deduction Rules

In the event of full refunds, partial refunds, or after-sales returns resulting in refunds, the system will proportionally deduct the Engagement Scores based on the refunded amount.

For partial refunds, scores will be deducted proportionally; whereas full refunds shall result in the complete reversal of all Engagement Scores accrued from the relevant order. Changes in Engagement Scores may directly trigger a downgrade in membership tier, along with corresponding modifications to associated benefits.

3. Validity and Tier Retention Rules

Engagement Scores remain valid indefinitely and do not reset on a monthly basis. Once a membership tier is achieved, it will be maintained indefinitely unless refunds cause the Engagement Score to fall below the required threshold for that tier. If the score drops below the threshold due to deductions, the membership tier will be downgraded accordingly.

4. Tier Changes and Effective Timing

Roborock settles Engagement Scores data on a daily basis and updates membership tiers in the early hours of the following day. Any tier upgrade or downgrade takes effect immediately upon update, and corresponding membership benefits are adjusted accordingly. Users will be notified of tier changes via email. A user's failure to promptly review such notifications shall not affect the effectiveness of the tier adjustment rules.

5. Special Orders Excluded from Scoring

The following orders shall be excluded from Engagement Score accumulation: promotional bonus allocations, coupon-offset differentials, complimentary or gift orders, zero-value orders, uncompleted pre-sale orders, installment orders that have not been fully settled, non-compliant transactions, and abnormal or fraudulent orders intended to exploit the system. Exchange orders do not result in any increase or decrease in scores. Only returns with refunds will trigger score deductions. Equivalent exchanges (where no additional payment is required) do not affect scores. Where an exchange involves an additional payment by the user, such incremental payment shall be treated as a separate transaction and scored in accordance with standard accumulation rules. All return-and-refund scenarios shall remain subject to the applicable refund deduction rules.

6. Appeals and Policy Amendments

In the event of discrepancies in Engagement Score calculations, including miscalculations or omissions, users may submit an appeal to Customer Service within thirty (30) days following order completion. Upon verification, Roborock will rectify the discrepancy and apply the appropriate score adjustments.

Roborock reserves the right to revise and improve these rules in accordance with operational requirements. Any such amendments will be announced in advance and shall not apply retroactively to Engagement Scores already accrued.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Roborock shall bear no obligation to provide compensation for membership tier downgrades or the revocation of associated benefits resulting from refunds. Furthermore, Roborock shall not assume liability for discrepancies in membership benefits arising from causes not attributable to the company.

Viewing Your Accumulated Points

Log in to your Roborock account, then click on “User Profile / Points Center” to view your points balance. You can only view your points balance on the current website for that site.

Returning/Reversing Your Points

1. If you cancel an order, then any points used in that order will immediately be returned to your account.

2. If you send back an order, then any points used in that order will be returned to your account along with your refund. If you send back part of an order, then the number of points returned to your account will be calculated according to the percentage of the total price of that order accounted for by the price of the returned product(s).

3. If the time at which you cancel an order or return a product occurs after the expiration date of some or all of the points you used, then the expired points will not be returned to your account. You can view your points in your account.

4. If you return a product after confirming the receipt of that product, then any points you used in that order will be returned to your account. Points obtained by placing an order will be deducted after we confirm receipt of the product; the points that are due to expire the soonest will be deducted first. If your account does not have a sufficient points balance, then points will be deducted until your remaining balance is 0.

5. If you gain points from placing an order, use those points to place a second order, and then return your first order, then the amount equivalent to the points that were deducted from the second order will then be deducted from the refund you receive for the first order.

Please note: Points are decided on by the company and are bound by company terms and policies, and the detailed rules and conditions for these points may get revised from time to time.
