Installation Requirements
1. Reserve a space of at least: 1.0 ft (30.5cm) in height, 1.4 ft (42cm) in width, and 3.3 ft (100cm) in depth.
2. The dock should be placed against a wall on a hard and even floor (wood, tile, concrete, etc.). Avoid placing it on soft surfaces (carpet, mat, etc.) or in narrow areas.
3. Ensure that the location has a strong WiFi signal for an optimal experience with the mobile app.
4. The height difference at any point on the drainage pipeline from the ground is recommended not to exceed 1.6 ft (50cm).
5. The installation distance for the water refill and outlet pipes is recommended within 19.7 ft (6 meters). If not, please contact customer service for consultation.
6. The water pressure range is 14.5-58 PSI (0.1-0.4 MPa). If it exceeds 58 PSI (0.4 MPa), please use a pressure-reducing valve.
7. Please avoid arranging pipes through doorways or corridors.
8. Ensure there are no thresholds, tracks, or steps higher than 0.79 inches (2cm) between the dock's installation site and the cleaning area to avoid the risk of getting stuck or missing cleaning.
9. Before installation, please disconnect the power supply of the dock. Turn off the main water supply switch, faucet switch, or angle valve switch in the house. Drain pipelines, and ensure they are connected without leakage.
