10.Disputes
• THE Roborock PROMOTER’S Pawp-Up Event Lucky Draw IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, USA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering RoborockPromoter’s Pawp-Up Event Lucky Draw. The entrants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
