A: Dyad Pro is equipped with a 900 ml clean water tank and a 770 ml dirty water tank.
Q: What can the Dyad Pro be used to clean up?
A: The Dyad Pro can be used for cleaning up dust and dirt (such as dirty footprints, coffee stains, and juice stains), small items of dry trash (such as cereal, fluff, and bits of food), wet trash (such as rice, porridge, eggs, and noodles), and liquid (such as water, soup, and drinks) on the floor.
Q: Do I need to start drying the rollers manually or Dyad Pro will automatically dry the rollers?
A: By default, drying starts automatically after self-cleaning is completed, you can disable auto drying through the app.
Q: How long does it take to dry rollers completely?
A: Dyad Pro has two drying modes, Silent Drying and Fast Drying. Silent Drying duration is 3 hours by default and user can modify it to 2-6 hours in the app according to environment humidity. Fast drying takes about 1 hour.
Q: How do I use the auto-detergent dispensing feature?
A: The only thing you need to do is to add detergent into the detergent cartridge. Dyad Pro will automatically dispense certain proportion detergent and mix it with clean water.
