Q: Can the device detect if the dirty tank is full? How does low-profile cleaning feature work?

A: Yes, it can detect if the dirty tank if full. If the water level reaches Max line during upright operation, the vacuum cleaner would give the voice message that the dirty tank is full, please empty it.When lowering the handle during operation, the vacuum cleaner can be positioned flat to clean low-lying areas. When the vacuum cleaner is laid flat for cleaning, it will automatically adjust its operating mode.

Q: How does auto mode or DirTect™ work?

A: The Flexi is equipped with a dirt sensor that detects the level of dirt and then adjusts the cleaning power. If automatic mode is selected, the unit will increase the suction power and water output when it detects a dirty area, and reduce it if that area is already cleaned.
