  • What is the automatic lift mop module? What is the feature of lifting?

    1. When moving across low obstacles like door thresholds (<2cm), the robot will automatically lift its mop to enhance obstacle crossing ability if slipping or getting stuck is detected. After crossing the obstacle, the robot will automatically lower the mop to resume cleaning.

    2. On slippery floors with water stains, the robot automatically raises the mop module during cleaning if slipping is detected to reduce errors reported due to continuous slipping. The robot will lower the mop module and continue mopping when it stops slipping.

    3. After cleaning areas like kitchens and bathrooms, the robot automatically lifts its mop when returning to the dock for mop wash or recharging. This prevents any collected dirt from contacting already-cleaned floors, maintaining cleanliness throughout your home.

    4. When the robot is charging, the raised mop module ensures proper ventilation, eliminating the unpleasant odors of a wet mop.

    5. The automatic lift mop module facilitates the robot's movement on low to medium-pile carpets. It also enables self-adaptive cleaning on low-pile carpets (the mopping module lifts during carpet cleaning). For medium to high-pile carpets, we recommend using the carpet avoidance mode or setting No-Go Zones. It is difficult for the robot to move on medium- and high-pile carpets, even with a raised mop, as the resistance may still be high.

  • Can I use the Q10 X5 robot on a Q10 X5+ dock? Or vice versa?

    The robot can charge normally on the dock, but there may be differences in app functionality, as well as display issues. Additionally, the Q10 X5 robot cannot perform auto-emptying even when placed on a Q10 X5+ dock. Therefore, we do not recommend using the robot this way.

    Please note that the Q10 X5+ dock is not sold separately.

  •  How long does it take to charge the robot?

    The robot has adopted a more reasonable charging current to protect the battery and prolong the battery life to a greater extent, so the charging speed is not significantly increased. However, our robot features smart auto top-up. It will automatically return to recharge when the battery is low, then resume cleaning after charging to 80%, especially when cleaning large homes (over 250㎡).Charging Time:Every 20% increase: about 1 hour20-100% increase: 3-4 hours.

  • How effective is the Dual Anti-Tangle System?

    The high-suction fan on Q10 X5/Q10 X5+ boasts a 95% hair pickup rate. The system consists of a JawScrapers comb anti-tangle main brush and anti-tangle side brush, ensuring minimal hair entanglement. All brushes have been tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland for anti-entanglement. The all-new Dual Anti-Tangle System eliminates hair tangles for good.

  • What's the difference between the Q10 Series and the Q7 Series? How can I choose the right model?

    The following explains the differences between Q10 S5+, Q10 X5+, Q7 M5+, and Q7 L5+:

    1. The Q10 S5+ can be considered an upgraded model of the S8+ with greater suction power (max 10,000 Pa), a JawScrapers Comb anti-tangle brush, and a dual anti-tangle brush system.

    2. The Q10 X5+ can be considered an upgraded model of Q8 Max+ with greater suction power (max 10,000 Pa), a JawScrapers comb anti-tangle brush, a dual anti-tangle brush system, and an auto-lift mopping module.

    3. The Q7 M5+ and Q7 L5+ can be considered upgraded models of Q5 Pro+ with greater suction power and upgraded electric water tanks but with reduced battery capacity (3200 mAh).
