Roborock will not activate features that collect sensitive information, such as photos and videos, without your consent. For larger homes, room partitions have increased from 15 to 30. The upgraded partitioning algorithm now more accurately identifies room types, especially in unique or specialized areas.

A: The Automatic Mop Detachment allows the robot to automatically detach or lift the mop when cleaning carpets, preventing the mop from getting them wet. This feature ensures carpets stay dry during vacuuming, and the robot can switch between vacuuming and mopping modes without manual intervention, improving cleaning efficiency and saving time.
A: The Bluetooth connectivity on Saros 10 is used for easier network setup. It helps reduce connection failures by acting as a bridge between the robot and your Wi-Fi. However, Bluetooth alone cannot control the robot—Wi-Fi is still required for app control, and you need to grant Bluetooth permissions for the setup. Without Wi-Fi, Bluetooth alone cannot operate the robot.
