Trade In Campaign Details
How to participate:
To participate, you should complete the assessment for trade-in your old vacuum firstly. Then, within the specified timeframe of the campaign, purchase designated new vacuums. By doing so, you'll be eligible to receive the new vacuum subsidy along with the cashback for your old vacuum.
Participation steps:

Customer visit the trade-in page on the official website to complete the online evaluation.

Roborock customer service determine the preliminary valuation.

Confirm the results and place the new order through trade-in window.

Customer send out the old vacuum.

The trade-in center following the receipt of the old vacuum, determine the final valuation.

Customer receive the cashback for the old vacuum.
Activity period:
1 year from the program's go-live date of April 22, 2024.
Participate in the trade-in of old vacuum models:
S5, S5 MAX, S6, S6 Pure, S7, S6 MaxV, S7+, S7 MaxV, S7 MaxV Plus, S7MaxV Ultra, S7 Max Ultra, S8 Pro Ultra
Participate in the trade-in of new vacuum models:
S8, S8+, S8 Pro Ultra, Q Revo, S7 Max Ultra, S8 Max Ultra, S8 MaxV Ultra
New Machine Purchase:
To purchase the designated new models participating in, you should do so within 7 days after confirming the initial valuation of your old vacuum on the Personal Center page of the official website. Follow the prompts to complete thepurchase, and the customer service team will arrange for shipment promptly. If you fail to confirm the preliminary valuation of your old vacuum or click"No" within the specified time, the trade-in order will beinvalidated.
Send out your old vacuum:
After you've completed the purchase of the new vacuum, our customer service team will send you the prepaid shipping label within 24 hours. And you should send out the old vacuum within 15 days. You won't need to cover any shipping costs required by the carrier.
Online & Offline Assessment:
Once you've finished answering the online survey and uploading the pictures, our customer service team will provide feedback on the preliminary evaluation results within 48 hours. You can check the preliminary evaluation results of the old vacuum on the Personal Center page of the official website. Additionally, our customer service team will send you an email with the information. After the trade-in center receives your old vacuum, it will complete the final evaluation and testing within 3 business days. You can also check the final evaluation result on the Personal Center page of the official website or in the email sent by customer service. You should confirm the final valuation within 7 days. If you disagree with the final valuation result, you also need to confirm the address to send back your old vacuum within 7 days, and we will send the old vacuum back to this address.
Cashback on old vacuum:
Once you click to confirm the final valuation of your old vacuum, Roborock will process the refund within 48 hours.The money will be returned through the original payment method used for your new vacuum order.
