  • How long does it take to charge the robot?

    The robot has adopted a more reasonable charging current to protect the battery and prolong the battery life to a greater extent, so the charging speed is not significantly increased. However, our robot features smart auto top-up. It will automatically return to recharge when the battery is low, then resume cleaning after charging to 80%, especially when cleaning large homes (over 250㎡).

    Charging Time:
    Every 20% increase: about 1 hour
    20-100% increase: 3-4 hours

  • How effective is the Dual Anti-Tangle System?

    The high-suction fan on Q7 M5/Q7 M5+/Q7 L5/Q7 L5+ boasts a 95% hair pickup rate. The system consists of a JawScrapers comb anti-tangle main brush and anti-tangle side brush, ensuring minimal hair entanglement. All brushes have been tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland for anti-entanglement. The all-new Dual Anti-Tangle System eliminates hair tangles for good.

  • What's the difference between the Q10 Series and the Q7 Series? How can I choose the right model?

    1. The Q10 Series features an additional Structured Light Module, providing better obstacle avoidance than the Q7 series.

    2. The Q10 Series includes an additional mop module lifting feature (as well as an additional vibration mopping feature for Q10 S5/Q10 S5+), which automatically lifts the mop module when the robot is on a carpet or performing obstacle avoidance, charging, and waiting for orders to ensure a better user experience.

    3. The Q10 Series features a larger body and slightly higher cleaning efficiency, while the Q7 Series maneuvers better in narrow spaces.
