Q: Is there any requested environment if I want to install Automatic Water Supply and Drainage system?
A:
(1). The water pressure range is 0.1-0.4MPa. If it exceeds 0.4MPa, please use a pressure-reducing valve.
(2). The diameter of the drainpipe outlet should be no less than 0.015m (0.05ft). The height difference at any point on the drainage pipeline from the ground should not exceed 1m (3.3ft), preferably not exceed 50cm (1.6ft).
(3). Space: reserve a space of at least: 30.5cm (1.0ft) in height, 42cm (1.4ft) In width, and 100cm (3.3ft) in depth. The dock should be placed against a wall on a hard and even floor (wood, tile, concrete, etc.). Avoid placing it on soft surfaces (carpet, mat, etc.) and in narrow areas; ensure that the location has a strong WiFi signal for an optimal experience with the mobile app.
(4). The installation distance for the water refill and outlet pipes is recommended within 6 meters (19.7ft).
(5). Please avoid arranging pipes through doorways or corridors.Ensure there are no thresholds, tracks, or steps higher than 2 cm between the dock's installation site and the cleaning area to avoid the risk of getting stuck or missed cleaning.
Before installation, please disconnect the power supply of the dock. Turn off the main water supply switch, faucet switch, or angle valve switch in the house. Drain pipelines, ensure they are connected without leakage.
Q: Briefly introduce connector and package contents.
A: The household faucet diameter is G1/2 or G3/8. The robot water inlet pipe diameter is G1/4, so connector is required. The kit comes with a stander water connector with a diameter of G1/2,which is used to connect water pipes and the water tap. If the faucet is G1/2, the standard water connector we offer can be used. See attached picture. If your faucet diameter is G3/8, I'm afraid you need to purchase an extra G3/8 to G1/2 faucet connector.

Q: How to connect Connector?
A: Close the tap water valve (angle valve or faucet) that supplies water to the dock.
Choose the correct G½ water inlet according to the type of tap water supply.
Install the tap water filter in the correct direction to the½ water inlet (2) of the 3 way valve.
Install the gasket in the G½ water outlet of the 3 way valve.
Connect the G½ water inlet and G½ water outlet of the 3 way valve to pipeline (if the G½ water outlet is not used, use a suitable valve cap instead)
Connect the G¼ pipe to the G¼ water outlet (6) of the 3 way valve.
Insert the lock plate (5) to the snap ring (4).
Note:
1. Only connect to room temperature tap water, rather than reclaimed water or hot water.
2. The tap water filter must be installed strictly following the instructions. If installed in the reverse direction, it could be damaged.
3. If the 1/2" water outlet does not need to be connected to water pipe, use a suitable valve cap instead.
4. After cutting the pipe, start by trimming the end to ensure it forms a straight line rather than a curve, and then re-round it.
Q: How to connect Connect to Drainage Pipeline?
A: 1. The kit comes with a 6m of G3/8 dirty water pipe.
2. Robot: The height difference between any point of the sewage outlet and the ground where the base is placed shall not exceed 100cm,and it is recommended not to exceed 50cm.
3. The diameter of the sewage outlet needs to be greater than or equal to 1.5cm.
4. The sewer can be connected with an sewer connector, which needs to be purchased by the user according to the household sewer situation (non-standard configuration). For example, the sewage pipes of the washing machine and the sweeper need to share the same sewage outlet.Ensure the floor drain or drainpipe outlet is
5. Avoid inserting the drainpipe into a sealed chamber to prevent poor drainage.
6. Ensure the connection between the drainpipe and the floor drain or sewer pipe is securely fastened.
7. If other water-using equipment is connected to the same drainpipe, make sure that their drainage doesn’t disrupt the dock's drainage to prevent leaks.
Note: Drain line use gravity to evacuate water, so it is recommended that the height of any part of the drain pipe does not exceed 50cm.
Q: If my faucet diameter is G1/2, do I need to purchase the connector separately?
A: The kit comes with a stander water connector with a diameter of G1/2,which is used to connect water pipes and the water tap.
If the faucet is G1/2, the standard water connector we offer can be used.
