(1). The water pressure range is 0.1-0.4MPa. If it exceeds 0.4MPa, please use a pressure-reducing valve.
(2). The diameter of the drainpipe outlet should be no less than 0.015m (0.05ft). The height difference at any point on the drainage pipeline from the ground should not exceed 1m (3.3ft), preferably not exceed 50cm (1.6ft).
(3). Space: reserve a space of at least: 30.5cm (1.0ft) in height, 42cm (1.4ft) In width, and 100cm (3.3ft) in depth. The dock should be placed against a wall on a hard and even floor (wood, tile, concrete, etc.). Avoid placing it on soft surfaces (carpet, mat, etc.) and in narrow areas; ensure that the location has a strong WiFi signal for an optimal experience with the mobile app.
(4). The installation distance for the water refill and outlet pipes is recommended within 6 meters (19.7ft).
(5). Please avoid arranging pipes through doorways or corridors.Ensure there are no thresholds, tracks, or steps higher than 2 cm between the dock's installation site and the cleaning area to avoid the risk of getting stuck or missed cleaning.
Before installation, please disconnect the power supply of the dock. Turn off the main water supply switch, faucet switch, or angle valve switch in the house. Drain pipelines, ensure they are connected without leakage.

Water inlet environments: laundry room, underneath of sink, bathroom, sink.
Sewage outlet environments: Laundry room, under sink, floor drain.

The household faucet diameter is G1/2 or G3/8. The robot water inlet pipe diameter is G1/4, so connector is required. The kit comes with a stander water connector with a diameter of G1/2,which is used to connect water pipes and the water tap. If the faucet is G1/2, the standard water connector we offer can be used. See attached picture. If your faucet diameter is G3/8, I'm afraid you need to purchase an extra G3/8 to G1/2 faucet connector.
